Candace Helms serves as the Secretary and Treasurer of the Board in addition to her role as Assistant Director at New Creation Recovery. In her role, she supports the director with day-to-day operations, including transportation, secretarial tasks, and general errands. She also acts as a key point of contact for program members when the director is unavailable. Candace is honored to serve in this position and is grateful for the opportunity to learn and grow each day. She is excited to marry James, the love of her life, this October and looks forward to the journey ahead for both of them at New Creation Recovery. Her favorite scripture is Proverbs 18:24 — "A man of many companions may come to ruin, but there is a friend who sticks closer than a brother."

My name is Vicki Henley, LCSW. I earned a bachelor's and master's degree from University of Arkansas at Little Rock. I am licensed with the State of Arkansas, since 2006. I worked in Little Rock at Little Rock Community Mental Health for a few years; then moved to Harrison, which is my husband's hometown. I own Quality Care counseling and have seen the clients from New Creation Recovery, who need mental health treatment. I have developed a love for helping this population and their love for the Lord is rubbing off on me.
